VAZZO Promotional Product began September 2018, a division of VAZZO Companies focused on distributing promotional products to get your brand in front of prospective customers. Promotional products, also known as ad specialties, represent a nearly $22 billion dollar industry and are used by virtually every business in America. Why? Items like mugs, pens, and t-shirts are memorable and provide a better cost-per-impression for advertisers than almost every major marketing effort including TV, magazines, and the internet. Now that VAZZO Creative and VAZZO Venue have settled comfortably into the historic district, Kimberly continues to invest in her goal to help rejuvenate and repopulate the downtown Joplin area. In an effort to both promote the newest VAZZO venture and to help beautify the area, Kimberly purchased 3 buildings on Main Street Joplin in 2017. She refers to as the Platinum Buildings and launched 909 S. Main Street, now serves as a charming window display for VAZZO Promotional Products, fulfilling the needs of any promotional products a company may desire.
VAZZO Venue Seneca is the perfect setting for your next intimate gathering. Located in historic downtown Seneca, the beautiful venue is ideal for events like birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations of life, graduations, baby showers, game nights, bridal showers, company parties, business meetings and workshops -- and even full weddings! Kimberly has always been fascinated by the process of bringing a piece of history back to life. With a modern industrial design aesthetic in mind, she restored the building to its former glory with exposed bricks and stone with several additional details that make it a must see.

VAZZO Suites Seneca VAZZO Suites, located at 332-340 Cherokee Avenue in Seneca, Missouri offers two overnight rental options to guests: an Executive King Suite and a Standard Queen Suite. Each suite has own bed along with a sofa bed to sleep a total of 4 guest, kitchenette (stocked with dishes, a coffee maker, and microwave), bathroom with shower, and includes such amenities as guest-controlled A/C and Heat, Wi-Fi access, TV, and more! All bookings will be through Airbnb or VAZZO Venue. Guests will be able to enjoy the comforts of Small Town America; while, being minutes away from local attractions.

About Kimberly You can’t think of VAZZO Companies without thinking of Kimberly Favazzo Patrum. When Kimberly started VAZZO in 2013, she brought with her nearly two decades of experience in the banking and automotive industries. She managed multi-million dollar advertising budgets, excelled in competitive sales, and developed digital marketing strategies for two Fortune 500 Companies and two of the Top 100 Automotive Groups in the nation. In 2019, Kimberly joined as an Official Member of the Forbes Councils. She is also joined as Member of the Philanthropic Society, Joplin Regional Community Foundation in 2021.

Kimberly also owns Platinum Capital Investments and has diverse experience within the real estate market, both commercial and residential. She's particularly interested in the restoration of historic buildings. Kimberly has also published a children's book called PeeWee Motocross.

The VAZZO empire continues to grow and not just in Joplin.
VAZZO Companies, which has had a presence in downtown Joplin for many years, is expanding with the acquisition of the NEO Tech building at 2816 S. Main St.
Kimberly Favazzo Patrum, owner of the company, said she has relocated VAZZO Companies and the VAZZO Creative Full Service Marketing firm to the new location, while she continues to operate the VAZZO building at 512 S. Joplin Ave., and three storefronts on the east side of the 900 block of South Main Street. The storefronts are home to VAZZO Promotional Products, the Beaten Path Coffee Co & Gallery, and the Mint Cove Clothing Store.
She said the building at 512 S. Joplin Ave. is being expanded to create more options for bridal suites and business offices on its second floor.
Saying she is thankful to be part of Joplin’s downtown revival, she said, “Watching it evolve like it has been is really exciting.’’
Patrum, who hails from Seneca, also is developing some commercial property in that town.
